What We Believe
The Bible is God’s infallible Word. (2 Timothy 3:16)
God exists as three in One: The Father, Son and Holy Spirit. (John 1:1-5, 1 Cor 2:10-11)
Jesus’ deity, virgin birth, sinless humanity, atoning death on the cross, bodily resurrection and ascension into heaven. (1 John 1:1, Romans 5:8, 1 Cor 15:1-5)
All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. (Romans 3:23)
Salvation by faith alone, through grace alone, in Christ alone. (Romans 3:24)
The Holy Spirit indwells believers, empowering them to live the Christian life. (John 14:26)
Christ will return to judge the living and the dead. (2 Timothy 4:1)
The resurrection of the body: eternal life for all true believers
and eternal punishment for all unbelievers. (1 Cor 15:51-55, 2 Thess 1:6-10, Matt 25:46)
Believers are commanded to tell others the good news of the gospel. In doing so we must call for people to repent & believe. (Matt 3:1-2, Matt 4:17, Matt 28:19-20)
